US DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

US STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

  • For baby alpaca clothing and accessories: Standard Shipping method is USPS First Class mail. $9 shipping charge will apply to orders under $90 and free shipping will apply to orders $90 and above.
  • For non-baby alpaca orders, including printed apparel:  shipping will be charged according to the destination at checkout.  

Please note that rates are subject to change; please check the shipping price before finalizing your order. Rates apply to shipments within the continental United States.

PRODUCTION TIME

All our printed apparel products are created on-demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 9-20 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.

We typically take about 3-9 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.

Detailed time frame for production correspondence with products group as below:

  • Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 3-5 business days
  • All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 5-9 business days

SHIPPING TIME

Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame for printed apparel products of 4-11 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

The detailed time frame for shipping correspondence with the products group is as below:

  • Baby alpaca products: 2-4 business days
  • Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 4-11 business days
  • All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 4-11 business days

Please consider order-prep-time and do not to include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time of your shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains a mix of products, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. Processing time varies for every product, and sometimes this means they may arrive days apart.
