Return Policy

We make two kinds of products, so there are two sets of rules. Each product page tells you which kind it is.

1. Baby alpaca knitwear (ready-made)

You can return any baby alpaca item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, sale and clearance items included.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
• Email help@mishykid.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days with the return address.
• You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.

2. Printed and personalized items (made to order)

These are printed just for you after you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help you pick.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, or never arrives, we'll reprint it or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.

• Email help@mishykid.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
• For a package that hasn't arrived, email us once it's more than 30 days past the order date.

Faulty or wrong items (any product)

Email help@mishykid.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll fix it with a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the shipping.

Etsy orders

Items bought on our Etsy shop follow the return policy shown on that Etsy listing.
